Top QB Target Nate Johnson Goes In-Depth On Michigan, Upcoming OV

Nate Johnson made a statement this weekend.

With 10.5 100m speed and position flexibility, some pundits whether the three-star prospect out of Clovis (Calif.) High would stick at quarterback. Johnson put some of those talks to rest with a stellar performance at the Elite 11 regional in Los Angeles.

Along with having the highest testing rating at the event, Johnson dazzled with his raw arm talent and accuracy.

Johnson earned an invitation to the Elite 11 finals next month and could see his recruiting stock boom. UCLA entered the mix shortly following the event, while Utah is going all in for Johnson and just hosted him for an official visit.

The two Pac-12 schools are certainly high on his mind, but Michigan has remained a constant in his recruitment. The Wolverines offered him early and have continued to make him their top overall target on the quarterback board.
