Will Johnson is one of the most sought after recruits in the country for next cycle.

The four-star cornerback from Grosse Pointe (Mich.) South holds close to 20 offers and may be the top overall ranked prospect in the state of Michigan in the 2022 recruiting class.

While being a recruit with that amount of star power this early can be stressful, Johnson is just letting the process play out.

“Recruiting is picking up more and more,” Johnson said. “Bigger schools are coming in. I’m just trying to enjoy it. I’m trying to look at every school and see how I would fit in. I’m trying to find the best fit for me. I’m taking things pretty slow and feeling everything out.”

Michigan is making Johnson a top priority and is doing whatever it can to keep the talented defensive back at home.
