Michigan got its first commitment from a 2022 prospect when point guard Dug McDaniel pledged to the Wolverines last week, and there's a great chance Jett Howard (Juwan's son) will follow this summer. But the Wolverines definitely need another big man to groom as Hunter Dickinson's replacement, and Donovan Clingan is one of the tops on the list.

Clingan visited Michigan following an unofficial to UConn a few weeks back, his first official of three or four planned. He said afterwards he planned on sticking to his strategy, and he's done exactly that.

Syracuse was next on his list, and Ohio State and possibly others will follow.
