2021 Wallingford (Conn.) Chate Rosemary Hall three-star offensive tackle Tristan Bounds committed to head coach Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines on June 1. Bounds was the fourth offensive lineman to side with the Maize and Blue in the 2021 cycle.

Bounds is a bit raw at 6-feet-8, 280 pounds, but his upside makes him a great value as a three-star prospect. He may take more time to develop than some, but if he does put it all together, his ceiling is extremely high.
"Last time we saw him, his game was a work in progress," Friedman said. "He has the look of a guy who’s still growing into his body. He’s very, very lean. There’s not a whole lot to his frame the last time we saw him.
